Meet Gabriela
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing online therapy to individuals and couples throughout California. I earned my master’s degree from the University of Southern California and have over 12 years of experience helping clients navigate anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
I specialize in working with high-functioning adults, particularly women and moms, who often appear calm and capable on the outside while privately struggling with overthinking, perfectionism, burnout, self-doubt, or relationship challenges.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also integrating attachment-focused and evidence-based strategies to support meaningful, lasting change.
Many of my clients are used to carrying a lot internally while feeling pressure to continue showing up for everyone around them. I strive to create a space where you can step away from that pressure, feel genuinely understood, and begin developing healthier patterns with greater self-awareness and balance.
If you’re considering therapy, I would be honored to support you in creating a life that feels more manageable, connected, and emotionally fulfilling.
