  • Yes, I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located anywhere in California. Online therapy allows you to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling in relationships, or simply wanting greater support, self-understanding, and emotional balance.

  • Getting started is simple. New clients can schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation through the booking page. This allows us to briefly connect, discuss your needs, and determine if working together feels like a good fit.

  • I provide individual therapy and couples therapy for adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and personal growth.

  • The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We will explore your goals, answer any questions you may have, and begin identifying ways therapy can support you.

  • Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Couples therapy sessions are 75 minutes.

  • I currently operate as a private-pay practice. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee.
